Is this right for me? If you resonate with the words above, it is right for you. If you want to be in a community of supportive good eggs to deepen your understanding of yourself and make incredible connections at the same time, it’s for you.

Is this for small business owners? It is aimed at those who own their own business - those whose success depends largely on their own leadership. However, we have had management level employees on the course previously, who have also made huge changes to their lives.

Is it open to women only? No. I don’t care what’s between your legs, it’s what’s in your heart and your mind that matters.

Is this course new? Do you have a track record with this? The course has been run before as a BETA - and was called Commit to Vulnerability. I have used the feedback from that course to make Awaken the very best around.

I’m worried it will be a bit woo for me…The training and coaching is based on proven coaching methodologies. The strategy is action-based, agile planning. Nothing ‘woo’ there.

I will also suggest additional elements that will help to shift the shit quicker. I know that regular journalling and meditation will help your unpicking and unpacking. You will receive journal prompts and guided visualisations to use, should you wish. Both of these methods are scientifically proven to lift the barrier between the conscious and subconscious mind (where your limiting beliefs hang out)

I am also a big believer in the benefits of EFT/Tapping, affirmations and manifesting your dreams. I do not see these as woo, and would invite you to come with an open mind. However, if you choose not to try these methods, you will still achieve incredible results.

Do I have to show up live? No, everything is recorded and accessible via a membership portal.

However, I do strongly recommend attending as many live sessions as possible. I am there to support you, provide a safe space and provide group coaching and training. But you need to be ready to do the work, and one of the easiest ways to do that is to show up live. Get involved.

Can I pay by instalments? The course is available to purchase in instalments, or as a one-off fee. The VIP upgrade is available as a one-off fee only.

Do you offer a guarantee? No. The training and coaching I provide produces results. The testimonials from the previous cohort show this.

But the training cannot do the work for you. Only by you committing to doing the work, getting open and vulnerable and committing to change will the change happen.
